With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Brian has worked in a number of facets from insurance, investments, banking and now mortgage. It is here that he has sunk his heels in and proven to advise his clients through the turbulent waters of real estate, not only when the market is high, but when it’s on the down side as well. Brian’s high standards, values, and ethics can only compare to his passion for God, his wife and their four children, not to mention a love for outdoor adventures. Showing high levels of commitment to his clients, by the end of each transaction, the result is a friendship as well as trust, more than your typical business/client relationship.
On a personal note…
Cindy, Brian’s mother, left her beloved Northern Minnesota in 2018 to migrate south where cold temperatures known to break records and freeze thermometers are replaced by record heat that can make those same thermometers boil over. As anyone can imagine a change like this required determination and courage that many in their youth wouldn’t be able to fathom.
The trip helping Cindy move from Minnesota to Arizona was a splendid adventure that mother and son will remember forever. It began by flying to Duluth, MN in October and renting a large moving truck and car trailer. After arriving to Cindy’s beautiful lake shore home, the fun of loading a life’s worth of memories began. As the packing was coming to an end, freezing rain (which eventually gave to a heavy snowfall) began to fall, reminding Cindy one last time of Minnesota’s more infamous traits.
After a quick stop at Dave’s Pizza, they started down the road to a new life for Cindy. It was a long journey in which they could share a plethora of memories from hunting and fishing in the North woods to picking blueberries and making fresh blueberry pancakes while camping.
The whole time, Lilly (Cindy’s 17 year old Cocker Spaniel), kept them company and proved she was the world’s best travel companion.
You may be asking, “what is the point of this story”? Well, the answer is…a Reverse Mortgage made it all possible. You see, the Reverse Mortgage (aka. HECM), allowed Cindy to tap into an equity stream that gave her the financial confidence to make this big transition. Some folks utilize a Reverse Mortgage for different reasons… supplement retirement income, purchase a second home, subsidize various events in ones life, or simply as reassurance for whatever life can bring you. A Reverse Mortgage gives seniors the flexibility they either want or need.
Curious on how a Reverse Mortgage can help you? Brian would be happy to sit down with you to analyze its benefits and help determine if it’s in your best interest. He will treat you and your loved ones with the same care and love that he showed his own mother.
